ProLyrics provides an artificial intelligence powered songwriting platform that assists users in generating, refining, and organizing lyrical content.

The platform may use third-party artificial intelligence providers, including OpenAI and Grok, to generate suggestions and responses.

ProLyrics is a creative support tool. It does not provide legal, copyright, or publishing advice.

3. Intellectual Property

The PROLYRICS name and logo are the property of PRO LYRICS Inc. and are subject to pending federal trademark applications.

All platform software, code, databases, designs, features, and functionality are owned exclusively by PRO LYRICS Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit any part of the platform without express written permission.

4. User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of any lyrics, text, or creative content you create or upload using ProLyrics.

ProLyrics does not claim ownership of your creative work.

By using the platform, you grant PRO LYRICS Inc. a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

You are solely responsible for the legality and originality of any content you publish or distribute.

AI generated suggestions may not be unique. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all outputs before public release.

5. Accounts and Security

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

PRO LYRICS Inc. is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard account information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Upload malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Scrape or extract data
• Resell platform access

PRO LYRICS Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Subscription and Billing

ProLyrics operates on a subscription basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

8. AI Generated Content Disclaimer

ProLyrics uses third-party AI systems including OpenAI and Grok.

AI outputs may be similar or identical to content generated for other users.

PRO LYRICS Inc. makes no guarantee of originality or copyright protection for AI generated suggestions.

Users assume full responsibility for final content use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRO LYRICS Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PRO LYRICS Inc. in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRO LYRICS Inc. from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

PRO LYRICS Inc. may suspend or terminate access at its discretion for violations of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

PRO LYRICS Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
